Chandra Laxmi Hada, one of IRDR Young Scientists, is the Urban Disaster Risk Reduction Advisor of DCA Nepal – Danish International Humanitarian and Development Organization. She recently initiated an innovative project “PRAYAS: Promoting new Resilience Approaches in Younger And Smaller municipalities”. This project is designed to Strengthened risk informed planning process through integration of digital technologies with enhanced capacity of municipalities and engaging relevant stakeholders including private sector to deliver services including to the most poor and vulnerable.
